Who we are
A small team doing meaningful work.
Random pics of the team :D
JustEnglish exists because speaking a language shouldn't feel like a test. We built a space where people can practise English without judgment. No hierarchy, no pressure, no traditional classroom energy.
We're fully remote, spread across Sri Lanka, running on trust and clear communication. No micromanaging. No clocking in. Just good work, done well, for people who deserve it.

What our team says
In their own words.
"I would describe JE as supercool, chill, people focused - not the type that just says they are people focused."
"Not being micromanaged, having a close team and especially putting people above work."
"I was actually able to experience open culture first at JE. Other places say it. JE actually does it."
"It feels like a place where ideas are welcomed and people are trusted."
"We know the company will take care of us as we take care of the company."
"JE genuinely cares about students - their future, their time, their effort."
Leadership
Who you'll work with.
A small group of people who care deeply about what we're building.
A note from us
Before you hit apply.
Hey everyone,
We started JustEnglish because speaking English shouldn't feel like a test. It should feel like a conversation.
Most English programs put people in rooms where they're afraid to make mistakes. We built the opposite. A space with no judgment, no hierarchy, just real practice with real people.
What surprised us was the team we ended up building. People who genuinely care about the students, about each other, and about doing work that actually holds up.
We're not trying to be a big company. We're trying to be a good one. A place where the culture is honest, the work is meaningful, and the people feel like they belong.
If that sounds like somewhere you'd thrive, we'd love to hear from you.
